Return Eligibility

Palm Isle Trading is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a generous 30-day return window for most items purchased on our website.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition: This includes all tags attached, original packaging, and no signs of wear or damage.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase: Your receipt or order confirmation will be required for processing your return.

Return Process Initiation

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Info@palmisletrading.com within the 30-day window. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and clear instructions for returning your item.  Please note: returns received without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods: This includes food, flowers, and plants.
  • Custom products: These include special orders and personalized items.
  • Personal care items: This includes beauty products and fragrances.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Sale items and gift cards are considered final sales.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within seven days of receipt. We will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges

While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can expedite receiving your desired item by returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times for banks and credit card companies may vary.
