Order Processing
- We strive to process and fulfill your order within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Please note that additional transit time may apply depending on your chosen shipping method and location.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout.
Order Fulfillment & Split Shipments
- Orders are generally fulfilled in the sequence they are received.
- In the event an item on your order is back-ordered, we may split your shipment to expedite delivery of in-stock items. You will be notified via email for prior approval before any split shipments occur.
Delivery Timeframes
- While we work diligently to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather or carrier delays may occasionally impact these timelines.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number. This number allows you to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Missing Packages
- In the unlikely event that your tracking information indicates a delivered package but is missing upon arrival, please take the following steps:
- Thorough Check: Carefully check around your property, including porches, lobbies, or mailrooms. Additionally, inquire with neighbors in case the package was inadvertently accepted on your behalf or misdelivered.
- Waiting Period: Allow 1-2 business days for potential redelivery by the carrier.
- Carrier Claim: If your package remains missing after 2 business days, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

- Palm Isle Trading is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by unforeseen circumstances or carrier negligence once the package leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping provider.
